Today’s track session makes me want to be stronger emotionally and mentally aside from working on the physical, not for myself but for those who look up to me just like my little brothers. My little brother stressed off of a “bad performance” or “slow time” (right when he finished his run and was still trying to catch his breath) to the point he had a really bad anxiety/panic attack that visually impaired him for a few seconds and the only way I got him out of that state was constant positive feed back and reassurance. (He’s fast but he doesn’t realize it.) We can’t be perfect, we can only try. We all have personal expectations/goals but if we don’t perform to what we want we should never beat ourselves up to the point it affects us physically. If you think your slower or weaker or not performing the way you would like or should.. Don’t worry.. Stop stressing.. Stop over thinking… There’s always another day.. Just don’t stop trying and praise your daily accomplishments even if it’s just getting out of bed.

42weeks ago… Time flies. I need to refocus my energy and stop bending over backwards for others especially when it doesn’t benefit me nor make me better.
